He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Betty Buchanan; his aunt Teresa Cole; his nephew JC Fisher; his father-in-law James Dalton; and his sister-in-law Candice McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his wife Loria Dalton Caldwell; his sons, Avery Caldwell and Reese Caldwell; his parents, Shelby Pruitt and Donna Pruitt; and his mother-in-law Peggy Jarrell (Chuck Keneske). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
