It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon William Konyndyk of Tullahoma, Tennessee, born in Wyoming, Michigan, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Gertie Konyndyk (Faber); his wife Joyce; his stepson Steven Durham; his siblings, George Konyndyk (Ada), Chet Konyndyk, Caroline Davis (Dick) and Nancy Meyer; and his brother-in-law Don Kornoelje.
He is survived by: his father Corniel Konyndyk; his children, Launa Underwood (Steve) of Winchester Springs, Lainie Harrison (Palo) of Lynchburg and Leith Konyndyk (Erika) of Tullahoma; his stepchildren, Brenda Branch (Vernon) and Chris Durham (Charmin); his sister Dolores Phelps (Dale); his siblings-in-law, Art Meyer and Marilyn Konyndyk; and also Buttons. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews; and his loving dog.
