Farquhar; his sons, Gerald "Jerry" Farquhar, Jr. and Jay Farquhar; his sister Barbara Turner; his grandchildren, Margaret Farquhar, Amanda Mitchell, Jason Farquhar, Alexis Farquhar and Joshua Farquhar; and his great grandchildren, Adrina, Vincent and Giacobbe Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Church of the Nazarene in Kankakee, Illinois.
