With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Faye Brown Whitt of Tullahoma, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clay Brown and Stella Blanton Brown; her husband James W. Whitt; her daughter Anne Chatman Whitt; and her siblings, Etta Rea Guthrie, Christine Morton, Irene West, Sara King and JB Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Stacye Reed Whitt Clark (Michael Clark) of Spotsylvania, VA and Andrew Clay Whitt (Aimee) of Tullahoma; her grandchildren, Spencer Conley Clark (Kayela) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Rachael Elizabeth Clark of Washington, DC, Elizabeth Clay Whitt of Nashville, Caroline Rowan Whitt of Nashville and Sarah Wallace Hyde Whitt of Tullahoma; her great grandchildren, Charles Henry Clark and Katherine Lovell Clark of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and her sister Bettye Sutherland of Reno, NV. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (120 W Grundy St, Tullahoma, TN 37388-3514). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
