She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Deaton and Bernice Deaton Osborne; her sisters, Sue Harmon and Darlene Smith; and her sister-in-law Sarah Deaton.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Bowles; her children, Barry Bowles (Rhonda) and Jennifer Clemans (Chris); her grandchildren, Katherine "Kate" Bowles and Tyler Bowles; and her siblings, Mike Deaton (Anna) and Rose Smith (Emerson). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Breast Cancer Society.
