He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Perryman and Beatrice Canady; his wife Teena Swann Canady; and his daughter Chelle Lack. He is survived by: his daughter Trudy Anderson; his brothers, Ricky Canady (Karen) and Tim Canady (Jamie); his grandchildren, Tyler Anderson, Justin Lack (Hannah) and Kasey Anderson; and his great grandchild Chelle Lack.
