He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen (Opie Perry) and David; and his sisters, Susan McMillan and Melanie Roberts. He is survived by: his siblings, Allen E. Perry (Mary Catherine) and Linda Chapman; his son Matthew Perry (Shauna); his grandchildren, Sarah, Symantha and Jordan; his great grandchild Andrea Perry (Kelly); and also, Blake, Beckham and Riley.
