He is survived by: his mother Lavonne Lowrance Hobby; his wife Donna Tawwater Lowrance; his daughter Allyssa Blaire Lowrance of Tullahoma, TN; his stepson Robert Stephen Bracey of Shelbyville; his brother-in-law Donald Ray Tawwater of Shelbyville; and his siblings, Bonnie Lowrance Braden (Ron) of Memphis, TN, Tammy Lowrance Owen (Gary) of Lewisburg, TN, Doug Lowrance (Cheryl) of Portland, TN and Devin Lowrance (Laurie) of Fayetteville, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Feldhaus Memorial Chapel (2022 N Main St, Shelbyville, TN 37160). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
