She is survived by: her children, Jessica O'Ferrell (Robert), Tina Wells (Joshua Blair), Troy Ashley (Gerri Hammonds) and Penny Renee-Arp Medley (Caleb); her grandchildren, Adam Jenkins (Rhonda), Erin Mark (Brian), Shaylee O'Ferrell (Blake), Christopher Wells (Erica), Megan Wells, Maura Ashley (Trent), Jessica Smith (Taylor), Jeremy Long, Jennifer Long, Dakota Arp (Arayna), Dayton "Poncho" Arp (Jennifer) and Dayla Arp; and her nephews, Phillip Spencer Jr. and Paul Spencer. She is also survived by friends and family.
