He is survived by: his parents, Bill R Luna and Ruby H Luna; his sons, Andrew Holland Luna of Tullahoma and Will Thomas Luna; and his siblings, Scott Luna (Shea) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Deborah Brandt of Tullahoma. He is also survived by three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
