He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Charles and Eura Mary Martin Lawson; his wife Frances Alsup Lawson; his children, Michele Lawson Hardin, Charles G. Lawson Jr. (Teresa), James Edward Lawson (Kelly) and Jon Marlin Lawson (Trish); his grandchildren, Lindsay Lawson Young (Steve), Charles G. Lawson, III (Laura), Tess Rolman Godwin (Kevin), Tollie Rolman, Macy, Maleah and Mason Gann; his great grandchildren, Parker, Paxton, Maddux McCallon and Finn Godwin; and his siblings, Mary Frances Lawson McCullough of Manchester, Robert Clyde Choate of Jefferson City, Mary Choate Snyder (Scott) of Jefferson City, Barbara Jean Lawson Sullivan and Mack Sanford Lawson. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
