He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Fuller; and his brothers, Roy and Tony Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Opal Fuller; his daughters, Camilla Dreas (Stephen) and Tracy Payne; his brother Tim Fuller; his grandchildren, Trista Thomas, Damon Payne (Holly) and Aaron Gray; and his great grandchildren, Baylee and Emaley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Moore County Jail Museum, 231 Main Street, Lynchburg, Tennessee 37352.
