He is survived by: his wife Susie Tipps; his daughters, Amanda Mandeville (Marc), Melissa Tipps and Monica Tipps; his stepchildren, Michael Robinette, Michelle Yates (S. B.) and Jeffrey Robinette (Michelle); his siblings, Gary Tipps (Diane), Terry Tipps and Kay Johnson (Randy); his grandchildren, Carter, Niaya, Maci, Jude, Lauren, Reed, Madison, Cadence, Chayton, Ella and Molly; and his great grandchildren, Ezra, Mila and Delilah.
