He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Winton Fielder of Tullahoma; and his children, Douglas Champion of Hendersonville, Lida Bowman (Syd) of Hendersonville, Melissa Emerson (Richard) of Hendersonville and Tracy Knox (Kerry Knox) of Dickson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
