She was predeceased by: her husband Edward "Junior" Guinn; her daughter Sarah Guinn Partin; her son-in-law Jerry "Buddy" Partin; her grandson Jeremy Scott Partin; her son Ricky Howard Guinn; her mother Hazel Hill Lewis; her grandparents, George and Dollie Hill; her brother Kenneth Lewis; her brother-in-law Roy Wimberley; and her niece Shelley Wimberley.

She is survived by: her children, Penny Barnes (Michael) of Tullahoma, Norma Guinn Anderson of Tullahoma, Danny Guinn (Clark Willingham) of Buchanan, GA, Terry Guinn of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Eddie Guinn of Tullahoma, Stephen Guinn (Lita) of Tullahoma and Nelson Guinn (Michele) of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Nicole Barnes Scott (Taylor) of Thompson Station, Erin Barnes of Thompson Station, Jessica Anderson of Tullahoma, Tucker Anderson of Manchester, Dalton Guinn of Bismarck, ND, Andrew Guinn of Tullahoma, Allen Guinn (Laura Beth) of Murfreesboro, Adam Guinn of Chattanooga and Mackenzie Guinn of Murfreesboro; her great grandchildren, Sutler Scott, Lennon Scott and Levie Scott; her siblings, Brenda Wimberley of Manchester, Diane Roberts (Rick) of Lewisburg and Jerry Lewis of Shelbyville; and her niece Staci Wimberley. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
