She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Painter and Wilma Painter (Casey); her husband Billy Frame; her daughter Teresa Clark; her siblings, Buford Painter and Sue Moss; and her son-in-law David Clark.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Brewer (Tim); her grandchildren, Jay Clark (Jennifer), Lori Brewer Wright and Ryan Brewer (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Memphis Clark, David J. Clark III, Olivia Clark, Katie Wright, Jack Wright, Zander Brewer, Logan Brewer, Deklan Brewer and Grayson Brewer; her great great grandchild Rhylan Brewer; her siblings, Faye Corey and Larry Painter; and her nephew Kevin Moss (Natalie).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
