He is survived by: his significant other Audrey Gail Shasteen; his son Jay Wheeler Garrick; his stepchildren, Dustin Bouldin and Erin Schwartz (Adam); his sister Dorothy Tucker (Carl); his nephew Carl Tucker III; his niece Stacey Hall; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Ashton, Noah Jones and Alan Schwartz Johnson.
