He was predeceased by: his mother Majorie Haley. He is survived by: his father David "Don" Haley; his wife Susan Haley; his children, Taylor Haley (Tabitha), Carson Haley, Cameron Haley and Tatiana "Tosha" Frost (Tony); his siblings, Brian Haley (Jennifer), Lisa Parkerson (Ross) and Shelly Cannon (David); and his grandchildren, Marlee Frost, Micah Frost, Layla Haley and Lily Haley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in honor of Barry to the Frost Family adoption fund.
