He is survived by: his son Chris Fair of Union City; and his siblings, Diana Powers of Troy, Roxanne Herndon of Obion, Marvin Turner of Troy, Gary Turner (Bruce) of Troy and Edward Herndon (Amanda) of Dresden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
