He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Parker and Bertha Parker (Spencer); and his brothers, Howard Wayne Parker and Ronnie Dale Parker. He is survived by: his sister Julie Rinks (Allen) of Hornbeak; and his children, Michael Parker Jr. of Troy, Zack Parker of Elbridge, Sara Troutman of Ridgely and Mary Grace Jones of Hickman. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
