He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Sine and Mary Grant (Yuska); and his former wife Barbara Orr. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Sine of Troy; his children, Robin Sine Cunningham of Union City, Tracie Sine Woods (Ben) of Bradford, Dawn Sine Arteaga (Julio) of Bolingbrook, IL and Lee Sine, Jr. of Bolingbrook, IL; his stepdaughters, Ashley Morton of Union City and Samantha Adair of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Wyatt Cunningham, Kane Cunningham, Joey Sine, Jordan Eaves, Matthew Eaves, Brittany Warren, Brandon Arteaga, Zachary Arteaga, Christopher Morton, Cameron Morton and Cayden Buchanan; and his sister Jennae Farrell. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38261).
