With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy Elaine Reynolds of Troy, Tennessee, born in Lepanto, Arkansas, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Robert Otis. She is survived by: her husband Charles Reynolds; her children, Lance Reynolds of Troy, John Smith of Tiptonville, Bennie Smith, Jr. of Tiptonville, Billy Walley of Hornbeak and Christy Hutcheson of Gibson County; and her sisters, Carolyn Bennett of Cherry Valley, AR, Deborah Youngblood of Tiptonville, Rhonda Clifton of Lynn, AR and Rebecca Dean of Trimble. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
