He is survived by: his children, Michael Joseph Rumley (Michelle Shaver) of Monroe, Georgia, Francesanna Maria Crawford (Raymond) of Clinton and Tammy Lynn Rokita (Michael) of Lemont, Illinois; his sister Barbara Jean Smiley of Whitehaven, Florida; and his stepbrothers, Jimmy Starnes of Michigan and Bobby Starnes of Navarre, Florida.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren.
