She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fussell and Christine Fussell (Dildy); her daughter Beth; her son-in-law Little Wayne Quinn; and her brother Butch Fussell.
She is survived by: her husband George Tillman Owens; her daughters, Barbie Burpo (David) of Hornbeak and Bridget Owens of Troy; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Quinn, Christopher Quinn (Claire), Kadie Baker (Eugene) of Dukedom, Brooke Burpo of Hornbeak and Kodie Robbins of Troy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
