He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rule and Mary Rule (Driver); his spouse Myrle Rule (Crouse); and his daughter Barbara Westlake. He is survived by: his daughter Bonnie; his son-in-law Tom Rice of Union City; his son Allen; his daughter-in-law Susan Rule of St. Marys Georgia; and his granddaughters, Victoria Rice of Union City, Wendy Powell (Randy) and Heather (Jim Gibson). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
