He was predeceased by: his parents, David Tillman and Imogene Owens (Pursell); his daughter Beth; and his son-in-law Little Wayne Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Jean Owens (Fussell); his daughters, Barbie Burpo (David) of Hornbeak and Bridget Owens of Troy; his grandchildren, Jeremy Quinn, Christopher Quinn (Claire), Kadie Baker (Eugene) of Dukedom, Brooke Burpo of Hornbeak and Kodie Robbins of Troy; and his siblings, Barbara Ledbetter (Billy) of Rives and Johnny Owens (Mona) of Clarksville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
