He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Long and Ruth LaVelle Long (Huey); and his brother Lloyd Long. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Huffstutter May; his children, Kimberly Lynn Long of Lexington, KY, Kristi Hazlewood (Jody) of Martin and Mike Long (Ruth Potenteau) of Troy; his siblings, Billy Long, Jean McLemore, Janice Bookout (Richard) and Betty Isbell; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
