With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elzie Mae Stanford of Troy, Tennessee, born in Cedar Grove, Tennessee, who passed away on December 5, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Woodard and Lela Woodard (Blankenship); her husband Jewell Stanford; her son Gary Stanford; and her siblings, Elsie Winchester Hale and Charles Woodard, Jr..

She is survived by: her son Robert Stanford of Troy, Tennessee.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great- grandchildren, and eight great great-grandchildren.
