He is survived by: his daughters, Hattie Smith of Troy and Latosha Ford of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his siblings, Donald Gunnells of Mason Hall, Tennessee, Jo Ann Kiser of Mason Hall, Frances Isbell of Kenton and Janice Dickson of Smyrna; and his grandchildren, Megan Smith, Evan Smith, Thomas Smith, Cailynn Smith, Haydon Leke, Allyson Ford, William Ford and Landen Ford.
