He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Anthony Farley of Union City; his sister-in-law Cindy Thompson (Paul) of Union City; his niece Karli Hawks (Dylan) of Hornbeak; his great-niece Karson; his great-nephew Jentry Hawks; and his cousins, Calvin Cary (Shirley) of Union City and Jacqueline Brandon (Richard) of Chicago.
