He is survived by: his son William Bradley Smith (Deanna) of Huntingdon; his sisters, Patsy Burns (Frank) of Nashville and Pam Swearingen (Jerry) of Gatlinburg; and his grandchildren, Ashley Smith and Parker Smith.
