He is survived by: his parents, Leverne McCormick and Shirley Schmidtka; his wife Deanna McCormick; his children, Nathaniel, Joshua, Kaycee and Jacob; and his siblings, Roger, Dennis, Richard, William, Eric, John, Ronnie Joe, Raymond, Jerimiah, Joseph, Natalio, Penny, Wendy, Rose, Marjorie and Robin.
It was Doug's wish that no flowers be purchased please, so in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his family or to a children's charity of your choice.
