He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Douglas Applegate and Mary Applegate (Willman); and his son William Cecil Applegate. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Applegate; his children, Megan Applegate Fleshman (Matt) of Johnstown, Sean Applegate (Wendy) of Fredericksburg and Casey Applegate (Jenni) of Hamilton; and his siblings, Peggy Blankenship of Xenia, Avery Applegate of Hillsboro and Randy Applegate of Dublin, Ohio.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
