He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Speer and Flora Speer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Bell; and his children, Robin Speer Meece, Jennifer Dunn (Jeremy) and Chris Speer (Jennifer). He is also survived by Two grandsons, three granddaughters, and two great grandsons.
