He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Otho Dodd and Rhonette Anderson Dodd; his wife Ann Weaver Dodd; and his siblings, Otho, Donald Dodd and Martha Summers.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Dodd and Carol Doles; his sister Joyce Duncan; his grandchildren, John Michael Dodd, Laura Beth Scales and Kesha Coyle of Ashley Doles, J. C; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Dodd, Colton Dodd, Oakleigh Scales and Easton Scales. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dyersburg Funeral Home (420 US-51, Dyersburg, TN 38024). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
