He is survived by: his children, Brandy Brooks (Maurice) of Humboldt, TN and Courtney Elam (April) of Jackson, TN; and his siblings, Haywood Elam (Myra), James Elam, Jerry Elam of Trenton, TN, Greta Wilburn of Denver, CO and Glenda Elam of Trenton, TN.
