He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Halford and Melva Jewell Taylor; his brother Mark Steven Halford; and his grandchild Heaven Cole Halford. He is survived by: his pet Angel; his daughters, Stephine McClain and Ashley Buffinet (Kent); his brother Randy Birmingham (Mary); and his grandchildren, Morgan Jean Halford, Ryker Joseph Halford, Lillian "Gracie" Halford, Jesse Kelley, Jordan Davis and Lauren Hendry.
