He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie "Maxine" Hill; his grandchildren, Jason Criswell and Carol Ann Criswell; his sisters, Margaret Temple, Ruth Wilson and Lois Winston; and his son-in-law Tommy Keeton.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Criswell (Pat) of Trenton, Marvin "Bubba" Criswell (Kathy) of Trenton, Scotty Criswell (Shari) of Trenton and Debbie Keeton of Trenton; his grandchildren, Joseph Charles Criswell, Stephanie Criswell, Kyle Criswell, Tracy Cravens, Doug Keeton, Lucas Criswell and Colby Criswell; and his sister Doris Carlton of Trenton. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
