He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Oliver and Ruth Oliver; and his wife Frances Nell Oliver. He is survived by: his son Dean Oliver (Angie); his grandchildren, Harley (Kyle), Tyler (Courtney) and Summer; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Rylan, Zander, Aralynn, Amelia, Atticus and Mathias. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
