He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wallace Rash; his children, Shirlene Pardue (Bob), Karen Davenport, Mary Ann Muse (Bill), James Rash and Rachel Rash; his grandchildren, Becky Bonsor (T. J.), Holly Eastridge (David), Jacob Rash, Lauren and Leeann Crosswhite; his great grandchildren, Chase, Timothy, Paxton, Declan, Lathen and Zachariah; and his sisters, Mary Greene (Pat) and Margaret Mast (Eugene).
