He is survived by: his wife Gail Dove (Campbell); his children, Gage Dove and Chelsea Marie Dove; his stepchildren, Trevor, Devon, Dallas, Madison, Joshua and Braxton; his mother Christine Cunningham (Adam); his grandmother Edith Marie Meeks; his siblings, Brandy Nichole Dove (Susie), Zachary Dove, Joshua Dove and Adam Joseph Cunningham (Mary Kate); his aunts, Rose Cunningham and Ernestine Kirkendoll; and his niece Kaelie. He is also survived by his wife, eight children.
