He is survived by: his parents, Randall D. Curtis and Tina Curtis (Sartain); his children, Duke Avery, Addly Blake and Margot Ryann; the mother of his children Miranda Partin; his grandparents, Alton "Baldy" and Karen Curtis; his uncle Rodney Hull (Linda); his aunts, Carolyn Johnson, Susan Conley (Eddie), Diane Johnson, Shannon Johnson and Robin Cumings; his cousins, Sharon Mofett (Tom), Kirey, Kaley, Cole, Jenna Argo, Emery, Samantha Johnson, Jace, Laila, Braydan Hull, Derek Johnson (Carolyn), Alicia Johnson, Eliana and Christopher Sartain; and his close friend Christie Ann.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cumberland Funeral Home, Inc. (96 Clair St, Tracy City, TN 37387). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
