She is survived by: her husband Jack Phipps; her son Roger Phipps (Lisa) of Tracy City; her grandchildren, Mandy Bennett of McMinnville, Lukas Phipps (Abby) of Monteagle and Spenser Phipps Duncan (Eric) of Monteagle; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Alora, Gretchen and Linkoln.
