He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Meeks and Emma Reed Meeks; and his wife Charlene Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Thomas, Carmen Jones (James), Eugene Meeks (Lisa) and Tim Meeks; and his siblings, Danny Ray Meeks, Marie Sanders (Herman), Dorothy Meeks, Joyce Parsons, Brenda Magouirk and Jo Hoback. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
