She is survived by: her father Paul Nelson Dykes; her cousin Melanie Church; her siblings, Lisa Tate Windom, April Meeks and Thomas Jamison Dykes; her aunts, Moore, Portia Phillips and Vickie Traylor; her uncle Mark Fultz; and her caregiver Jacqueline Fults. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
