She was predeceased by: her father John "Johnny Hoot" Worley; her children, Linda Crisp and Michael; her grandchildren, Allan Crisp, Kelly Nunley, Kerry Nunley, Rhonda Fults and Melissa Nunley; her great grandchildren, Whitney Gipson and Isaiah Crisp; and her siblings, Ruby, Martha, Raymond, James, Paul (Peck), Ernest, Ershel, Charles Worley, Dorothy Berry and Olline Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Nunley (Louis), Gary Shrum of Tracy City and Danny Shrum of Kentucky; her son-in-law Lloyd Crisp; her sister Annie Sue Tipton of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Tim (Teresa), Stacy (Amy), Ryan Nunley, Stephen Crisp (Nancy), Chasity Oliver (Gary), Teresa Dodd, Misty Meeks (Jerrod), Carrie Turner (Duke), Tara, Cortney and Caroline Shrum. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and wonderful lifelong friends.
