She is survived by: her father Francis Lee; her husband Phillip Douglas Meeks; her siblings, Elsie Anderson, Shirley Anderson Gilliam, Wayne, Roger and Keith Anderson; her children, Joan Chapman (John), Melisa "Sissy" Caldwell (Michael), Phyllis Moore (Kerry) and David Douglas Meeks; her grandchildren, Jonathan Chapman (Miranda Caldwell), Amber Morgan, Robin Slatton (Johnny), Heather Malone (Andy), Jacob Chapman (Brett King) and George Bolton III; her great grandchildren, Kaylie, Braxton, Daizy, Luke, Lilix, Aron and Eli; and her siblings, Marvin Anderson and Priscilla Slagle-Horin of Crossville.
