It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Mae Pickett of Tracy City, Tennessee, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Ward and Gertrude Dobbs Ward; and her siblings, Lee Ward, Clay Ward, Polly Rogers, Dorothy Ruehling, Jeanetta Couch, Opal Brown and Frances Morgan.
She is survived by: her children, Neddie Pickett, Deborah Toro (Javier), Ricky Pickett and Lisa Lopes (Roy). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
