He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Anderson and Dorothy Collins Anderson; his wife Loulene Thomas Anderson; and his brothers, C. L., Douglas, Gene and Tony Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Anderson (Cindy), Susie Watson (Jeff), Eddy Anderson (Gloria), Herbert Anderson II (Joann), LouAnn Heintz (James), Mary Ellen Marie Anderson and Sheena Sartain (Mark); his grandchildren, Katlin, Savannah, Christopher, Latrice, Kayla, Tyler, Derrick, Manda, Brandy, Donnie, Alicia, Nikki, Keila, Hannah, Abigail and Darcy; and his siblings, Floyd Anderson (Pat), David Anderson (Jozell), Mae Anderson, Gussie Anderson and Betty Parson (Ernest). He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
