She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Campbell and Nora Sweeton; her husband Porter Cunningham, Jr.; her grandson Rex Thomas; and her siblings, Jake Campbell, Jim Campbell, Eddie Campbell, Edith Nunley, Nervia Nunley, Ruby Hale and Dorthey Nell Schiiesser.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Dills (Wayne), Tommy Cunningham (Donna), Rhonda Slatton (Ronnie), Adam Cunningham (Chris), Melanie Nelson and Toby Cunningham; her niece Beverly Alford; her grandchildren, Jay Thomas, Anna Cleek, Bobbi Jo Ashley (James), Brandy White (Jeremy), Cameron Church (Stephanie), Tony Cunningham (Carrie), Joshua Cunningham, Michelle Meeks Cunningham, Loren Slatton (Julie), AJ Cunningham (Mary Kate), Blake Nelson (Samantha), Claude Cunningham and Travis Nelson; and her siblings, Robert Campbell and Elsie Johnson. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
